WATS 5624 Implementation - As Builts
Overview
One of the ways we document LTPBR efforts is with as-built surveys. An as-built survey documents what structures, of what type were built where (i.e. effort). Indeed, whatPBR Explorer invites is practitioners to share a summary of these efforts.
How to complete an As-Built Survey in QRiS
In this video, we show you how to go from nothing to an as-built survey in about 10 minutes. The survey can be done either entirely at the desktop, or conducted in the field (e.g. with Survey123 or QField) imported into QRiS All you need is:
- Create a new or open an existing project in QRiS
- Create a new LTPBR As-Built Survey Data Capture Event, and choose a protocol and layer to record structures in
- Start editing the structure layer and map each structure. This an be done by digitizing on top of a basemap (e.g. high resolution imagery) and/or importing features mapped in field.
- Optionally, conduct analyses to summarize work
